Pregnancy
An indoor or outdoor shoot celebrating your growing bump and this chapter in your life. This can be done alone or with other people such as partners and children. Nudity is always welcome for those gorgeous natural shots - for those comfortable with it of course!

Motherhood
An indoor or outdoor shoot of you and your little one(s). This is a session to celebrate your role as mum, however that looks for you; feeding, skin-to-skin cuddles, blowing raspberries on bellies or snuggles; the things you do each and every day which all add up to the memories that you're making together.
Don't be worried about the kids not playing ball; it's all part of the experience and little people have their own ideas about these things, too. We'll go at the pace of the kids and make it as stress free as possible.

The location of shoots varies and can be flexible; I'm happy to travel, though when on-call for a birth, this may not always be possible. Mileage is free within 12 miles of my home in DN12 and chargeable at £0.45 for each mile outside of that radius.

FAQ's:
Q. How do I book?
A. You can arrange an initial enquiry by emailing abbyhopewell.photography@gmail.com, using the contact form or messaging on instagram or facebook, where we can have a chat to see what type of shoot you're interested in, any particular shots you're hoping for and we can chat through any questions you have.
Q. What should I wear?
A. Ultimately wear what you're comfortable in but plain clothing rather than patterned as well as no large logos often work best.
Q. What time of day is best?
A. For those dreamy "golden hour" shots it'll need to be sunrise or sunset. These times are of course not ideal for some families and therefore other times are available, too, but do be aware that the lighting will be compromised.
Q. How and when do I pay for a shoot?
A. The full fee is payable upon booking via bank transfer or card. If booking a shoot in advance, a 50% retainer fee is required. You can also pay in instalments if required at no extra cost; please contact me to discuss. If you're buying the shoot as a gift, then it must be paid for in full before the gift card is sent.
