These healing sessions cover so many aspects of your overall health and are not limited to just one area so you do not have to focus on just one specific thing if you do not wish to; it is often best to treat with the "whole" person in mind. Often, when it comes to symptomatic treatment like we see in western medicine (e.g. pills for a migraine), this overlooks the root cause of the issue and instead focusses on instant relief. Whereas energy healing does not.

As a healing practitioner, Abby helps to create the most optimal environment and conditions to facilitate your own healing by;

• Moving energy around your body as well as unblocking and clearing that energy

• Helping to surface buried trauma so that it can be processed and integrated

• Providing support

Ultimately, you are responsible for your own healing; Abby is to here to be your guide, walk alongside you and hold your hand if you need it by providing the optimal conditions to allow the healing to take place.

A 30 minute appointment which quickly cleanses and balances your chakras.

Reiki Reset

A 30 minute appointment which quickly infuses Reiki energy over your whole body .

Crystal Healing

A 60 minute appointment which includes chakra balancing and Reiki but also can include meditations, light touch, guided visualisations, meditations and crystal grids. This session is more holistic that the Chakra Balancing and/or Reiki Reset.

 

During this session, if you choose to do so, we can work towards a specific goal such as helping with anxiety; fertility; stress; self-love; spiritual awakening; cleansing. We can also work more generally and holistically, and approach sessions by being led on intuition and focusing on those areas we are more drawn to.

Trans Personal Crystal Healing - "Beyond the personality"; a deeper dive

A 90 minute appointment which includes chakra balancing and Reiki but also can include meditations, light touch, guided visualisations, meditations, crystal grids, counselling and creative explorations such as mandalas and journaling. This session is more holistic than the other sessions. 

 

During this session, if you choose to do so, we can work towards a specific goal such as helping with anxiety; fertility; stress; self-love; spiritual awakening; cleansing. We can also work more generally and holistically, and approach sessions by being led on intuition and focusing on those areas we are more drawn to.
